Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the 999x platform — including all games, sports betting services, VIP programmes and promotional features available at 999x.world — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use 999x.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 999x ("the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your relationship with 999x, including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of bonuses, and your responsibilities as a player.
999x reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the 999x platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

SECTION 2
Eligibility
To register and play on 999x, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be acting as an individual, in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of an employee of 999x or any of its affiliated companies.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.
- You must be opening an account with your own genuine identity — not under a fictitious name or the name of another person.
999x conducts age and identity verification as part of the account verification process, which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Documents accepted for verification include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driver's licence. Failure to provide valid documentation when requested will result in account suspension.
Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All balances, including any pending withdrawals, will be forfeited without exception.
SECTION 3
Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on 999x. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms. 999x uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any such accounts will be merged, suspended or permanently closed at the platform's discretion.
When registering your 999x account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.
Your 999x account login credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. 999x will never ask for your password via any channel, including email, live chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 999x support immediately so your account can be secured.
- One account per person, per household, per device, per IP address.
- Account name must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawal.
- Mobile number must be active and registered in Pakistan.
- Email address must be valid and accessible by the player at all times.
Verified 999x accounts benefit from faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit limits and access to the full VIP programme. Verification takes under 24 hours in most cases.
SECTION 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 999x are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees and no undisclosed charges. The available deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players are:

Deposits are credited to your 999x wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 999x is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by providing a copy of your CNIC or equivalent document. Withdrawals requested to a payment method that does not match the name on your 999x account will be held pending verification. 999x reserves the right to request additional documents to prevent fraud or money laundering.

SECTION 5
Bonuses and Promotions
999x offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Every promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all 999x bonuses unless the individual offer states otherwise.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier is stated on each individual offer page. Wagering must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and not directly to the withdrawable balance. Real-money bets are consumed first; bonus funds are used once the real-money balance is zero.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting typically contributes 100% to wagering. Crash games and other titles may contribute at different rates as stated in the individual offer terms.
- Bonuses are intended for individual players. Using bonuses in a co-ordinated fashion across multiple accounts to extract guaranteed profit (bonus abuse) is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
- 999x reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonus funds that have been credited in error or obtained through manipulation of platform systems.
Welcome Bonus
The 999x welcome bonus is available to new accounts on their first qualifying deposit. The current offer matches your first deposit up to Rs 8,000. The wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. The welcome bonus expires 30 days after the credited date if the wagering requirement has not been completed. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player.
VIP Programme
The 999x VIP programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Points are earned at 8 points per Rs 100 wagered across all game categories. Tier upgrades and weekly cashback rates are reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis. Weekly cashback is credited every Monday and applies only to net losses in the previous calendar week. Cashback funds are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Attempting to claim bonuses in a way that violates these terms — including using VPN services, creating duplicate accounts or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds including genuine deposits.
SECTION 6
Games and Betting Rules
999x offers a variety of gaming and betting options including crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman and others), sports betting (cricket, football, esports and more), fishing games, virtual sports and table titles. Each game category operates under its own specific ruleset, which is accessible within the game interface and via the FAQ section.
All crash and multiplier games on 999x use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The crash point for each round is generated from a server seed and a client seed before any bets are placed in that round. Neither 999x nor any third party can alter the result after the round has begun. Players can verify any historical round result using the verification tool available in the game settings.
Sports betting at 999x is settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football, or the relevant esports tournament operator). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the governing body's published outcome is considered final. 999x reserves the right to void a bet if a market was opened or remained open in error due to a technical fault.
A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 999x system with a unique bet reference number. Verbal confirmation, screenshots of bet slips prior to acceptance, or any form of communication outside the platform's bet confirmation flow does not constitute a valid bet.
SECTION 7
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999x. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Creating more than one 999x account under any identity, real or fictitious.
- Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or play games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
- Co-ordinating with other players to guarantee bonus extraction or manipulate game outcomes.
- Using payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.
- Using a VPN or proxy service to misrepresent your location or identity.
- Participating in match-fixing, insider betting or any form of sports fraud.
- Using 999x for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
999x cooperates fully with financial intelligence authorities and law enforcement. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
SECTION 8
Intellectual Property
All content on the 999x platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, game interfaces, software, text, images and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 999x or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, reverse-engineer, modify or commercially exploit any 999x content without prior written consent.
Third-party game titles available on 999x (including Aviator by Spribe, Spaceman by Pragmatic Play and others) are the intellectual property of their respective developers and are licensed to 999x for use on the platform. The presence of these titles on 999x does not grant you any rights over the underlying intellectual property.
SECTION 9
Responsible Gaming
999x takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a comprehensive set of tools that allow players to maintain control over their gaming activity. These include:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit from your account settings page. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a seven-day cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a set amount of continuous play time.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your 999x account for periods from 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 999x for a minimum period of six months. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact our support team to activate self-exclusion.

Privacy and Data Protection

In summary, 999x collects personal information that is necessary to provide the service — including identity documents for verification, contact details for communications, and transaction records for financial compliance. 999x does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you by 999x, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data in circumstances where it is no longer required for legal or operational purposes. Submit data requests by email to support@999x.world.
SECTION 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions on the player's side.
- Interruption of service caused by maintenance, third-party failures, natural events or circumstances beyond 999x's reasonable control.
- Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain secure credentials.
999x's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 12
Amendments to These Terms
999x may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal limits or account verification procedures — will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect.
Minor changes, including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect player rights, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. If you disagree with an amendment, you may close your 999x account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
