You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 999x. We verify age during the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are permanently closed and all funds are forfeited. 999x does not allow underage gambling under any circumstances. On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" above the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and an OTP will be sent to you by SMS. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. The whole process takes under two minutes. If you no longer have access to the mobile number you registered with, contact support at support@999x.world — our team can verify your identity via CNIC and restore access manually.

No. 999x strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Using multiple accounts — including registering with a different mobile number, email or CNIC — to claim bonuses more than once or circumvent account restrictions is prohibited. All accounts linked to the same player will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support to have the duplicate closed before it causes any issues.

Email support@999x.world with the subject line "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Include your registered mobile number and a brief reason. Your remaining real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method within 24 hours. Most deposits credit within 1–5 minutes. If yours has not appeared after 10 minutes, first check that the payment was deducted from your wallet or bank account. If it was deducted but not credited, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation (including the transaction ID or reference number) and contact 999x live chat or email support@999x.world. Our team will locate the transaction and credit it manually, usually within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers can occasionally take up to 2 hours during non-business hours.

Yes. From your account Settings under Responsible Gaming, you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. You can reduce a limit at any time. Increasing or removing a limit requires a seven-day cooling-off period — this delay is intentional to prevent impulsive decisions. Setting a deposit limit is one of the most effective ways to keep your gaming within a budget you are comfortable with.

No. Every transaction on 999x — deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals — is processed entirely in Pakistani Rupees. There is no conversion from or to USD, GBP or any other currency. What you deposit in PKR is what appears in your balance, with no exchange rate deduction or hidden fee applied by 999x. Your bank or mobile wallet may apply their own standard transaction fees, but that is outside 999x's control.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection: incomplete or failed KYC verification; active bonus funds with an outstanding wagering requirement (bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met); the withdrawal method does not match the deposit method for first withdrawals; account verification flag pending. Check the notification in your account for the specific reason. If it is unclear, contact our support team and they will explain exactly what is needed to process your withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Standard maximum daily withdrawal is Rs 500,000. VIP members have higher limits — Diamond tier members can withdraw up to Rs 2,000,000 per day. If you need to withdraw a larger amount, contact your VIP manager or support team to arrange it. There is no monthly cap on total withdrawals for verified accounts.

New players on 999x receive a 100% matched bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 8,000. So if your first deposit is Rs 4,000, you receive Rs 4,000 in bonus funds — giving you Rs 8,000 total to play with. The bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement and a 30-day validity window. The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as real money. On 999x, the welcome bonus has a 30x requirement. If you receive Rs 2,000 in bonus funds, you need to place a total of Rs 60,000 in wagers to clear the requirement. Every Rs 1 bet on sports markets counts as Rs 1 toward the requirement. Void, drawn or cashed-out bets do not count. Once the requirement is met, the cleared funds become real money in your balance.

If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus validity period (30 days for the welcome bonus), the uncompleted bonus balance is removed from your account. Your real-money balance is not affected — only the bonus funds expire. Any winnings generated from real-money bets remain in your account. Cashback is calculated on your net losses over the previous calendar week (Monday to Sunday). The cashback percentage depends on your VIP tier — higher tiers receive a higher percentage. It is paid every Monday morning as real money directly to your 999x balance, with no wagering requirement attached. You can withdraw it immediately. Login to your 999x account, go to Settings, then Security. Toggle on "Two-Factor Authentication". Once enabled, you will receive an OTP SMS each time you log in from a new or unrecognised device.
